Lorcana Card Shop Gift Cards
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use of Lorcan Card Shop online store gift cards ("Gift Cards"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are electronic vouchers that can be redeemed for merchandise or services at Lorcan Card Shop online store. Gift Cards can be purchased online or in-store.
3. Activation
Gift Cards must be activated before they can be used. To activate a Gift Card, you will need to provide the PIN that is printed on the card. You can activate your Gift Card online or by calling Lorcan Card Shop customer service.
4. Expiration
Gift Cards have an expiration date, which is printed on the card. If a Gift Card is not used before the expiration date, the balance will be forfeited.
5. Fees
There are no fees associated with purchasing or activating a Gift Card. However, there may be fees associated with reloading a Gift Card or using a Gift Card to purchase certain types of merchandise or services.
6. Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in-store. To redeem a Gift Card online, you will need to enter the PIN on the card at checkout. To redeem a Gift Card in-store, you will need to present the card to the cashier.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards
If you lose or have your Gift Card stolen, you may be able to get a replacement card. However, the issuer may require you to provide proof of purchase or other documentation.
8. Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lorcan Card Shop regarding the use of Gift Cards.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
